Templemichael College of Further Education offers ten full-time Post Leaving Cert (PLC) courses of one or two year’s duration.
Students attend PLC Courses to get a qualification or training in a specific area to go directly into employment and or to transfer to third level education for further qualifications and specialisation. These courses are also available to mature students who wish to train or retrain or return to education.
Courses are certified by FETAC or in the case of Beauty Therapy by CIBTAC. Students are eligible to apply for Maintenance Grants which are means tested. Students come from not only Longford Town and County but nationally.
